We specialise in providing training for organisations; their employees, or their volunteers, through flexible work-based training programmes and qualifications which are delivered in the workplace, to many different types of businesses in the South-West of England. We work with more than 1000 organisations, supporting them to achieve significant improvements in their overall performance, by developing the skills and performance of their staff. The centre prides itself on establishing close links and effective partnerships with employers and their staff, as evidenced by OFSTED Inspectors who reported "the college's response to the needs and interests of learners and employers is outstanding".
