Introducing East Quay Vision, the optical practice set up and run by Optometrists Sarah and Edward Farrant and the GPs at East Quay Medical Centre. At East Quay we believe in providing the best level of care and attention, tailored to meet the needs of each person we see: this ethos is embedded in the optometrist practice.
Services for individuals

East Quay Vision offers comprehensive eye testing, frames and contact lenses to NHS and private patients.

We also offer a range of clinical services such as our dry/gritty/watery eye clinic.

East Quay Vision also sees and treats patients with acute eye problems. Known as the ACES scheme, this service is funded by the PCT to provide high quality, local assessment and treatment of acute eye conditions such as conjunctivitis, blepharatis and foreign bodies.

We also now providing a new NHS service for patients with possible signs of glaucoma. If your usual optometrist finds you have high pressure we can monitor this and refer you to hospital if needed.

We also have a visiting Consultant Ophthalmologist – Mr Jonathan Rossiter - who sees patients on a private basis.
Services for businesses

We offer discounted rates for eye tests for VDU users for organisations who have a contract for us to undertake these. We can manage the call and recall system for eligible employees on behalf of the organisation.

Certain businesses which may be at higher risk of eye injury can also access the ACES scheme.
