Launch of the new Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce

'A Chamber for the 21st Century'

The new Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce was born today, promising an enthusastic and vibrant organisation.  

The launch offered local businesses the chance to find out how this dynamic new organisation can really help them.  Speakers included the Mayor of Bridgwater, Councillor Philip Smeed, and Johnny Apples, a well known sales, marketing and motivational guru who showed businesses how to become rich and famous in their own market place.

Member benefits include free business advice, regular updates and workshops, regular meetings focussing on current issues, networking opportunities as well as having a voice in the local business community.

The new Chairman, Nick Miles says "this new organisation promises to be something really different that will bring businesses together and help build a prosperous future for Bridgwater."

The launch event held at The Exchange, Express Park, Bridgwater. was attended by 200 business people, from Bridgwater and the surrounding areas, the interest was so great that we had to close bookings and start a waiting list.
