The Practical Training Hub are holding training courses locally at Activity Warehouse in Bridgwater for the following:

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – 1 Day

• Overview: The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a nationally recognised qualification meeting HSE requirements. This comprehensive one-day course provides essential lifesaving skills, applicable both in and out of the workplace.
• Key Skills: Managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, treating shock, wounds, bleeding, choking, and minor injuries.
• Timing: Starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 5:00 pm.

First Aid at Work (FAW) – 3 Days

• Course Details: Over three consecutive days, learners will develop skills and knowledge for a range of first aid scenarios.
• Topics Include: Incident assessment, managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, heart attacks, choking, head and spinal injuries, fractures, anaphylaxis, and more.
• Schedule: Each day starts at 8:45 am and concludes at 5:00 pm.
