Helen recently helped us recruit two permanent staff members, a junior CAD design engineer and an assembly fitter, from the outset Helen’s professional approach filled us with confidence and she didn’t let us down, we now have two new staff members who have slotted in with our existing workforce both ideally suited to the advertised roles and we won’t hesitate in contacting her again when any new placements are required. Helen’s candidate selection skills are second to none with her many years’ experience in permanent recruitment being clearly evident, for both roles a number of suitable pre-vetted candidates details were submitted to us along with Helen’s own comments and advise included, from these we were able to select four candidates for each role for interview and thereafter make job offers which were both accepted, in both cases the successful candidate was the one most favoured by Helen initially. We were also very impressed by Helen’s communication skills throughout both with the candidates and ourselves, we were all kept fully informed by phone and e-mail throughout the whole process from start to finish and beyond, making sure both sides were ready and available for interviews, checking all candidates turned up on time and giving feedback to both parties along the way and also checking on progress after the successful candidates were in place.
