My responsibility for the Carnival is Traffic Management and we have a large amount of equipment including pallet racking and a large trailer with a lifting deck. We have been having issues with the lifting deck for some time, Parker Service Group quickly identified the problem and I made arrangements for them to effect repairs which were done to our satisfaction. In fact they also suggested some modifications to the power supply for the trailer which were carried out, again with no fuss.
