Matt worked for an online CRM company for just over 13 years, where he helped companies to understand their customer journey and create sales funnels that drew in more prospects and converted them into paying customers. During that time, he worked with such companies as Rugby World Cup 2015, Lords Cricket Ground, British Athletics, Xerox and many others as part of the client base that spanned more than 46 countries.

In early 2019 he founded Ruddle Digital, a digital marketing agency, to help small to medium businesses grow through the use of digital marketing and the latest technology.
