The Practical Training Hub are holding training courses locally at Activity Warehouse in Bridgwater for the following:
Level 2 Mental Health First Aid – 1 Day
- Overview: This Level 2 award is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, aimed at increasing awareness of common mental health conditions in the workplace. It is designed to equip individuals with the skills to support and guide colleagues.
- Key Focus: Understanding and recognising signs and symptoms of mental health issues, offering appropriate workplace support.
- Duration: The course runs for one full day.
Level 3 Mental Health First Aid – 2 Days
- Course Details: The Level 3 award, also regulated and nationally recognised, builds on the foundations of Level 2. It further deepens understanding of mental health conditions in the workplace and enhances skills in offering support and guidance.
- Advanced Training: Provides comprehensive insight into mental health awareness and support strategies.
- Schedule: Conducted over two consecutive days.
